Gaelic Star, Gaelic Games and Lifestyle Magazine

Meet the Team

Meet the people behind Gaelic Star:

Editor and Founder: Francis McNally

Francis Played football for his local club for 10 years in  Belfast before leaving to study Business Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University.  While a Student he continued to play for a further 3 years. Years of attending Dunloy and Antrim hurling matches with his Da (an ex Antrim hurler and footballer), Francis decided it was time to start a business promoting something he was passionate about, something that was in the blood.  He narrowed it down to ‘food’ and ‘GAA’.  Thankfully his love for the association proved the stronger and together with his background in retail, business to business sales and publishing, Gaelic Star Magazine was launched in 2008.
