Tommy Walsh is the son of former Kerry star Sean Walsh. Tommy is a gifted and talented footballer who can play either midfield or full-forward. It has been in the full-forward position that Kerry have deployed the ‘big-man’ whose strength under the high ball, accuracy and speed makes him every defenders worst nightmare.

He was a major player for the Kerry side who reached the All-Ireland Minor Final in 2006. He was named the All-Stars Young Player of the Year in 2008.
